I love travelling and I think travelling is the best school. Travelling has become very easy these days thanks to internet. from finding the spots to visit, to book the travel itself. But once a upon a time, in my own lifetime, it was challenging. Imagine no internet, maps had to be found and purchased, and people had no idea where they would stay until they were at their destination. No credit cards, cash or traveler’s checks, only. You could not access your accounts except where you had your account set up! Travelling to other countries was even more difficult. Language, and culture barriers, uncertainty, and lack of any support system, especially financial, medical, and consular were the major issues. It had its own advantages too, for example, museums and landmarks were not crowded. Travelling today is easy, but sometimes you feel you are wasting your time.
